CookTime (SRL EAT&FIT) delivers food kits with recipes for preparing dinners.

1. Security of personal data

SRL EAT&FIT collects, processes and uses customers' personal data. Data is collected on the basis of customer consent, in accordance with legal requirements for the provision of services. SRL EAT&FIT processes personal data in accordance with the law and the Privacy Policy. Data required for billing purposes, which include:

- Client's name;

- Client's telephone number;

- Customer's email;

- Shipping information.

2. Support Service.

CookTime provides its customers support service by phone +373 79 700 780.  Working days of support service: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday-Sunday - days off.

3. How to buy

Order is made online or by phone, you pay only online.

4. How to make a payment

Before making the Payment operation, the Buyer must be provided with all basic parameters to make the payment:

- unique order number;

- The price and the amount of goods.

Before the Payment operation the Buyer shall give his consent with the Commercial terms by ticking the point "I agree with the Terms and Conditions". 

Payment can be made through payment instruments offered by Paynet Service LLC. Ordered items must be paid for in full, otherwise delivery will not be made. 

The website www.cooktime.md is protected, SRL EAT&FIT does not store your bank card data used in the transaction.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made in Chisinau city and nearest suburbs. 

6. Final provisions and settlement of disputes

Disputes arising in connection with the provision of this service shall be resolved by agreement of the parties. In case of disputes on the purchase, payment or delivery of goods purchased from SRL EAT&FIT (CookTime), which are not regulated by this act, they will be resolved by the agreement of the parties.

If it is impossible to reach an agreement between the parties, the disputes arising shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. By agreeing to these terms, the client fully assumes these risks.
